LEAD BAKERY
Billing Policy
This Billing Policy is incorporated into Lead Bakery’s Terms of Service and explains the billing terms that apply to access and use of Lead Bakery’s services. If there is a conflict between this Billing Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.
General
Once a statement of work, sales agreement, or similar service agreement is signed and returned, Lead Bakery may begin providing the services described in that agreement. Any fees listed in the agreement become due according to the payment schedule stated there. Unless the agreement says otherwise, prices are listed in USD and payments are non-refundable for services and deliverables already agreed to or provided.
Billing Cycle
Billing occurs according to the date and cadence agreed to in the sales agreement or statement of work. If a scheduled charge fails, the client will have a 15-day grace period to update the payment method or resolve the issue. If the issue is not corrected within that period, Lead Bakery may pause or close the account until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel services, clients must notify their designated Lead Bakery contact or Customer Success Manager by email or scheduled call. Cancellation does not remove responsibility for outstanding fees, completed work, or any current billing-cycle amounts already incurred under the applicable agreement.
Account Pause
If an account pause is available under your agreement, pause terms and any monthly hold fee will be confirmed in writing before the pause begins. Pausing an account does not waive fees already owed for prior work or active billing periods.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Lead Bakery in writing within 30 days of the charge. Please allow Lead Bakery a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. If a chargeback is filed before Lead Bakery has had an opportunity to address the matter, services may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Lead Bakery retains the right to collect payment for services rendered and amounts that remain outstanding.
